Capricorn Contract & Supplies Limited does not accept responsibility for any problems arising out of misuse. Where no previous experience is available or in cases of doubt, test the product in an inconspicuous area first. Images are for illustrative purposes only, colours and actual products may vary.
Returns and Refunds
It is your right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery in accordance with the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
If you would like to cancel for any reason all the products should be unopened, unused and in the same condition as supplied. The monies will be refunded in full including the delivery charge. However under the Distance Selling Regulations we will charge for the return of the products. It is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the products until they are collected. Because of the charge made to us by our Courier company, it may work out more cost effective for you to return the goods to us via an alternative delivery service. For collections and refunds 30 days must be allowed from the date of cancelation. Please email or write to us within the time specified as detailed above if you wish to cancel your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We have a management commitment within the organisation to maintain information security. Card details that are used on line are encrypted for transfer over the internet. We do not store card details on our computer and information relating to purchases and card details are processed as a Cardholder Not Present (CNP) transaction. Our staff are trained on the requirements and obligations of the Data Protection Act and apply them accordingly.
You are strongly advised not to send credit or debit card details in normal emails (i.e. without being encrypted) .
